Description

Genomic fragment that encompasses Fit1 (sequence extends from -1447 to +3994 relative to the A of the ATG start codon. A mEos3.2 tag flanked on each side by a 4 Ser linker has been inserted in between amino acids 227 and 228, resulting in a protein that is tagged internally within the F1 loop.
