Description

UAS sequences regulate expression of a hairpin RNA composed of an inverted repeat of sequence from the 1.688 satellite repeat at cytological position 1A, with the same size and repeat phasing as P{UAS-hp1.688.3F} (which contains 1.688 satellite repeat sequence from cytological position 3F), but with the inverted repeats in head-to-head orientation.
