Description

UASp regulatory sequences drive expression of Dsor1, carrying a F53S mutation in the negative regulatory region, plus mutation of two residues that are normally phosphorylated by Raf, introducing non-phosphorylatable residues (amino acid substitutions S218A and S222A).
