Description

The Act5C promoter is fused upstream of a transcription unit containing both the rLUC and EGFP coding sequences. Sequence encoding a portion of the non-canonical transcription terminator (NTT) from the fourth intron of the mod(mdg4) gene has been inserted in between the rLUC and EGFP coding sequences.
