Description

20xUAS sequences regulate expression of a bicistronic transcript that encodes two open reading frames separated by a T2A self-cleaving peptide (to ensure separate translation of each protein). The first ORF encodes jGCaMP8m. The second ORF encodes mCyRFP3. The coding sequences are codon optimized for Drosophila.
