Description

Donor transgenic construct for use in the homology assisted CRISPR knock-in (HACK) method. Designed to target a GAL4 line in vivo, converting it to a p65(AD)::Zip+ hemidriver line and simultaneously adding an AD2(Bxb1) attB adaptor for use in the SuRe system.
