A RpL27A promoter fragment, in which the M1BP protein-binding site has been mutated (mostly replaced by random sequence) and the Opbp protein-binding site has been deleted, drives expression of a transcription unit composed of the RpS28b 5'UTR, the pLUC coding sequence and the RpS28b 3'UTR.
