Description

A Tubulin promoter drives expression of 'miniCic' tagged with mNeonGreen. This protein acts as a kinase translocation reporter of rl (ERK) activity; nuclear accumulation of the protein occurs upon rl downregulation and exclusion from the nucleus occurs upon rl activation.
