Description

Pacman clone CH322-103K22, which encompasses the eve locus from which sequences encoding the stripe1 enhancer (+6.6 to +7.4 kb relative to the eve transcriptional start site) and the late element enhancer (-6.4 to -4.8 kb) have been deleted, eliminating eve protein expression in the Eve1 region. A mNeonGreen tag has been inserted at the C-terminal end of the eve coding sequence.
