A transgenic signal peptide reporter of IBIN in which the coding sequence of mCherry is fused to the signal peptide of IBIN. This CDS is sandwiched between, and regulated by, 915 bp of DNA upstream of the IBIN CDS and 1,306 bp of DNA downstream of the IBIN CDS.
