Description

The TPA response element ('TRE', which consists of 4 tandem copies of the consensus DNA binding site of the AP-1 heterodimer) and a minimal heat shock promoter drive expression of four tandem copies of mNeonGreen that are tagged at the N-terminal end with a nuclear localization signal.
