5 tandem copies of an 81bp fragment from Hph (each repeat contains two putative hypoxia response elements - HRE2 and HRE3) and a minimal heat shock promoter drive expression of four tandem copies of mNeonGreen that are tagged at the N-terminal end with a nuclear localization signal.
