Description

The ato 3' enhancer (a 1828 nt DNA fragment located 2824 nt 3' to the ato stop codo) regulates expression of a ND-42 transgene that is resistant to RNAi induced by P{TRiP.HM05104}, by recoding the 300nt fragment targeted by dsRNA-HM05104.
