FlyBase Recombinant Construct Report: P{10xUAS-Pvr.endo.mut.V5}

10xUAS sequences regulate expression of a cDNA that encodes the Pvr J isoform. All residues in the endocytic motifs have been mutated to Ala, with the exception of a Tyr residue in the second motif that has been left intact to minimally disrupt signaling. The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with Tag:V5.
