Statement
Reference
Expression of Ir76a[Scer\UAS.cBa] under the control of Scer\GAL4[Or35a.PF] does not result in a strong olfactory response to phenylacetaldehyde in the ac3 sensilla (this is comparable to the lack of response seen in ac3 sensilla in control flies).

Neurons co-expressing Ir25a[Scer\UAS.cAa] and Ir76a[Scer\UAS.cBa] driven by Scer\GAL4[Or22a.7.717] do not respond to phenylethyl amine above basal solvent-evoked activity. Neurons co-expressing Ir76a[Scer\UAS.cBa] and Ir76b[Scer\UAS.cAa] driven by Scer\GAL4[Or22a.7.717] do not respond to phenylethyl amine above basal solvent-evoked activity. Neurons co-expressing Ir25a[Scer\UAS.cAa] with Ir76a[Scer\UAS.cBa] and Ir76b[Scer\UAS.cAa] driven by Scer\GAL4[Or22a.7.717] show a robust response to phenylethyl amine.
