Detailed Description
Statement

Expression of ATPsynCF6KK108581 under the control of Scer\GAL4bam.T:Hsim\VP16 leads to aberrant mitochondrial elongation along with vacuolar inclusions in spermatid cysts.

Expression of ATPsynCF6KK108581 results in reduced climbing ability and wing inflation defects in adults (with the Scer\GAL4Toll-6-D42 driver), in decreased mitochondrial volume and number at the larval neuromuscular junctions (with the Scer\GAL4VGlut-OK371 driver) and is pupal lethal when controlled by the Scer\GAL4nSyb.PU driver.

Statement
Reference

The wing inflation defect characteristic for adult flies expressing ATPsynCF6KK108581 under the control of Scer\GAL4Toll-6-D42 is almost fully rescued by co-expression of simaHMS00833, however the reduced climbing ability of the ATPsynCF6KK108581 RNAi flies does not recover upon the co-expression.
