Clonal expression of sqaT279A.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4Act5C.PP appears to block the formation of autophagy-related vesicles in larval fat bodies under starvation conditions compared with wild-type.

Compared with wild-type flies, those expressing sqaT279A.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4Cg.PA show a significantly shortened lifespan under starvation conditions.
