Expressing CG13384HMS02268 under the control of Scer\GAL4fkh.PH leads to a significant proportion of individuals with some persisting salivary gland tissue 24h after puparium formation, i.e. 8hr after the time when this tissue is usually cleared in control individuals.
The expression of CG13384HMS02268 under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 does not affect the expected increase in food consumption induced by dietary amino acids, as observed in controls.
