Expression of Pi3K68DKD.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC in the scutellum, under the control of Scer\GAL4ptc-559.1, results in an increase in scutellar bristles.

Expression of Pi3K68DKD.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4ptc-559.1 results in an increase in the average number of scutellar bristles compared to wild type.

Expression of Pi3K68DKD.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL469B at 25[o]C results in very minor amounts of additional wing vein material in most flies, while a small proportion show more severe defects, with extensive ectopic wing venation and loss of wing margin. The number of campaniform sensilla on the wing are increased and there are supernumerary bristles on the thorax.

EgfrE1/+ enhances the formation of an ectopic crossvein in flies expressing Pi3K68DKD.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL469B at 25[o]C.

Co-expression of Pi3K68DKD.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC suppresses the loss of wing vein L4 and the anterior crossvein caused by expression of aosScer\UAS.cHa under the control of Scer\GAL469B, but the posterior crossvein is lost in the double mutant flies.

The wing notching phenotype seen in N264-39/+ flies is enhanced by expression of Pi3K68DKD.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL469B.

drke0A/+, but not drk10626/+, suppresses the ectopic wing vein phenotype caused by expression of Pi3K68DKD.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL469B.
