Affected Genes Inferred by Location (0)
If no genes are listed here, it may be because the affected region is very large. The JBrowse insert above may show an error for the same reason, and other FlyBase tools such as CytoSearch may also fail for large regions. You can contact FlyBase for more help.
In these cases, there will be no "Export to Hitlist" button to the left.

The transient and persistent components of the voltage-gated Na+ current are absent in Df(1)D34 aCC/RP2 neurons.

Shows normal GABA staining in stage 17 nerve cord.

Df(1)D34 embryos show a reduction in the frequency and amplitude of "EPSC-like" currents (inward currents that can reach 25pA in amplitude and have a rapid activation but slower inactivation in wild-type embryos) in CNS neurons.

Late embryonic lethal. parats1/Df(1)D34 die as first instar larvae. Greatly reduced synaptic activity, all bursting activity is absent, both frequency and amplitude of excitatory junction currents (EJCs) are greatly reduced at the embryonic neuromuscular junction (NMJ). In homozygotes postsynaptic expression of GluRIIA is significantly reduced by the end of embryogenesis.

Lethal over para+ in an mlenap-ts1 background.
