Affected Genes Inferred by Location (0)
If no genes are listed here, it may be because the affected region is very large. The JBrowse insert above may show an error for the same reason, and other FlyBase tools such as CytoSearch may also fail for large regions. You can contact FlyBase for more help.
In these cases, there will be no "Export to Hitlist" button to the left.
    Phenotypic Data
    In combination with other aberrations

Complements the dominant female sterility of Df(2L)Dwee1.

NOT in combination with other aberrations

Dp(2;2)C619/+ brains show no ectopic collateral branch on the small LNv projections. The posterior tract of the LNv neurons shows a defasciculation phenotype in 31% of brains.

Reduces the penetrance of chicgdh-5/chic221 escapers.

Homozygous viable. Reduces recombination in 2L. Map distance between al and pr reduced from 44.2 to 7.3 in Dp(2;2)C619/+ and to 17.0 in Dp(2;2)C619 homozygotes.
