    Tp(1;2)TE35B-SR100 has lost the distal copy of w+ present in Tp(1;2)TE35B. The FB-NOF element present in Tp(1;2)TE35B is retained. The junctions between FB and non-FB sequences within Tp(1;2)TE35B-SR100 have been molecularly mapped.

    Recovered as red eyed flies in a z1 w11E4 background. Tp(1;2)TE35B-SR100 is rst+ and noc-.
