    No defect in distal leg gross morphology is seen in Df(1)BH2 animals.

    In Df(1)BH2 flies microchaetae are lost medially in the anterior three quarters of the prescutum. PS macrochaetae are lost 60% of the time. Scer\GAL4B-H1.B4.5.B-H2.S8-driven expression of B-H1UAS.cSa or B-H2UAS.cSa rescues the microchaetae phenotype but not the PS macrochaetae phenotype.
