    Imprecise excision of P{SUPor-P}altKG08013 results in a deletion of approximately 8kb of sequence. The excision retains 3782 nucleotides of the 5' end of the P sequences, and removes sequence up to 165 nucleotides upstream of the ald transcription site. 98 nucleotides of exon 2 of ald is still present, reversed, at the excision site.
