Body colour: e^AFA flies have a dark cuticle.

(Richardt et al., 2003)

The cuticle phenotype of e^AFA adults is rescued with 100% penetrance by e^+t13.9 and in most cases by e^t9.6. The electroretinogram of e^AFA adults lacks on and off transients completely. This phenotype is rescued to wild-type by e^+t13.9. The optomotor phenotype of e^AFA adults is rescued to wild-type by e^+t13.9.
