16bp are deleted between 2030 and 2045 (coordinates as in FBrf0046390) and replaced by 7 new bp (5'-CCAAGAG-3'). This removes the polypeptide sequence Trp-Ser-Met-Asp-Leu-Ser-Phe and replaces it with Cys-Gln-Glu.
