4bp deletion (-/CACA) in exon 2 (nucleotide positions 1912-1915). This is predicted to cause a frame shift at amino acid residue 405 and premature truncation of the C-terminal region, including several zinc fingers and the mod(mdg4)67.2 interacting region.
