Description

Two KP elements in tandem, in reverse orientation to the Gpdh gene, the two KP elements being separated by one copy of the 8bp target sequence which occurs at the site of insertion. The insertion site of the tandem KP element is the same as the insertion site of the KP element in GpdhAT198.
