The P-element in the "J34" mutant line is in Rm62 and is separable from the affect of this chromosome on Tpl.

Separable from: Rm62J34. The "J34" mutation was previously reported to be an allele of Tpl caused by a P-element insertion (FBrf0051978). However, the effect on Tpl has been found not to map to the Tpl locus itself at 83E, but instead maps to a separate locus called Su(Tpl) at 76B-76D. In addition, the P-element has been found to be inserted into the distinct Rm62 locus and is not associated with Tpl (see FBrf0052735).
