Site of nucleotide substitution in mutant inferred by FlyBase based on reported amino acid change.
Homozygous embryos exhibit defects in posterior pattern.
Humeral disc cells of phlraf-1 embryos are reduced in number and arrested at the G2/M boundary.
No aberrant mitotic figures are observed at 28oC.
Humeral discs of phlraf-1 flies show reduced number of imaginal cells, while size of nuclei remains normal. Humeral discs of esg05729/esg35Ce-3 flies have nuclei similar in size to wild type, and differentiate normal dorsal T1 structures. Combination of phlraf-1 with esg05729/esg35Ce-3 greatly increased size of the imaginal cell nuclei.
Twin spot analysis demonstrates a 38% reduction of the proliferation rate. The proliferation rate is significantly recovered by Dsor1Su1.
Lethal phase is either at larval or pupal stages. The proliferating cells of both somatic and germ line origins are severely affected. The construct P{C20-Draf} confers partial rescue of the lethal phenotype.
Rafraf-1 has decreased occurrence of cell division | somatic clone | embryonic stage phenotype, suppressible by Dsor1Su1
Rafraf-1 is a suppressor of phenotype of Src42AKR.hs.2sev
Twin spot analysis demonstrates a 38% reduction of the proliferation rate. The proliferation rate is significantly recovered by Dsor1Su1.
Injection of wild type RNA rescues the filzkorper, tuft and anal pads.
