Deletion that removes the C-terminal end and extends into the adjacent gene, dhd.

Deletion that removes the P{lacW} insertion of Df(1)PR110 and also deletes 3kb of genomic DNA that removes the second exon of snf (including the carboxy-terminal RRM) and breaks in the intron.

Female-lethal synergistic interaction with loss of function Sxl mutations (Sxlf1 and SxlfP7B0), SxlcF1.otu can suppress the interaction phenotype. One copy of P{SxlcF1} in wild type males, even under nonheat shock conditions, recovers only 2% of expected males. 15% of expected males are recovered from snfJA2; P{SxlcF1} males.
