      Reference

      The embryonic expression pattern of the enhancer trap line is indistinguishable from that of 18w. Expression was also observed in the eye, antenna, wing, haltere, and leg discs. In the antennal and leg disc, expression is strongest in the central portion of the disc, Expression in the wing disc is localized to the base of the wing blade and to portions of the notum. In the eye disc, expression occurs in two parallel stripes at the anterior and posterior flanks of the morphogenetic furrow. Lower level staining is seen in more posterior regions of the eye disc.
