Description

sina+t11 contains an 11kb genomic DNA fragment (called HX41), consisting of most of the Rh4 intron, the Rh4 exon, and some 3' flanking DNA. Because sina is located in the Rh4 intron, this construct also contains the entire sina transcribed region. The construct also carries a ry gene.
