      In both the 2nd and early 3rd instar larval stages, EcollacZdally-06464 was ubiquitously expressed in eye-antennal discs, overlapping with cells positive for phosphorylated Stat92E staining.

      EcollacZdally-06464 is expressed in cells on either side of the D/V boundary, and anterior to the A/P boundary, in the wing disc. In haltere disc, EcollacZdally-06464 expression is repressed in the posterior compartment, and is expressed along the D/V boundary in the anterior compartment; no haltere disc expression is observed along the A/P boundary.
