      RopA19/RopA19 class IV dendritic arborizing neurons in larval somatic clones show defects in dendritic growth: significant reduction in both total dendrite length and number of terminal dendritic branches.

      RopG11/RopA19 larvae show a decrease in the amplitude of the excitatory junctional potential (EJP) in the muscle at the neuromuscular junction compared to control larvae. There is also a decrease in the frequency of spontaneous miniature EJPs in the absence of nerve stimulation. The morphology and number of synaptic boutons appears normal.
