    Detailed Description
    Statement
    Reference

Df(3L)mib12/mib13 animals show a strong wing loss phenotype.

11% of mib13/mib14 flies show a wing nicking phenotype.

Mutant testes have an abundance of mature primary spermatocytes with chromosome condensation.

    Statement
    Reference

The penetrance of the wing nicking phenotype seen in mib13/mib14 flies is decreased to 1% if they are also expressing α4GT1GS2078 under the control of Scer\GAL4Ser.PGF post-embryonically (animals are transferred to 28[o]C after embryogenesis to inactivate Scer\GAL80ts.αTub84B which is present in the stock).

The wing phenotype of Df(3L)mib12/mib13 flies is not modified by expression of α4GT1GS2078 under the control of Scer\GAL4Ser.PGF post-embryonically (animals are transferred to 28[o]C after embryogenesis to inactivate Scer\GAL80ts.αTub84B which is present in the stock).
