Genetic Interactions
Statement

Increasing the dosage of ord+ enhances the mei-S332 phenotype, resulting in increased nondisjunction in male meiosis. In mei-S3327 hemizygous females (but not for other mei-S332 alleles) nondisjunction is suppressed.

Comments

Fully rescues the ord1/ord3 missegregation phenotype in both male and female meiosis, recombination levels are also restored to normal levels.
