      Paralysis at 38oC over stmA1 and recovery at 24oC. stmA2 is hyperactive at 24oC, and highly negatively geotactic. Embryos made inviable by raised temperature show cuticle loss over the embryonic brain and ventral nerve cord.

      Double mutants with mlenap-ts1 or parats1 show no exaggeration of the paralytic phenotypes, nor any efect on their viability and fertility. These results suggest stmA does not interact with para or mle.
