Description

Genomic nanos fragment in which the nanos 3'UTR has been replaced with the αTub84B 3'UTR. Nucleotides 403 to 553 of the nanos 3'UTR have then been inserted into the αTub84B 3'UTR, 52bp 3' to the C-terminal end of the nanos coding sequence.
