Description

60 amino acid bcd homeodomain is swapped with the Scer\GAL4 DNA-binding domain (amino acids 2 to 94). Expression is driven by 2kb bcd promoter and influenced by bcd 3' non-coding sequences necessary for mRNA localisation.
