Imprecise excision of the P{lacW} insertion of Hrb87FY1217.

Deletion extending from the 5' noncoding region of Hrb87F to the 5' half of the B52 coding region (including the intergenic region between Hrb87F and B52). Some part of the P{lacW} element insertion present in Hrb87FY1217 remains.
