Description

kel cDNA (encoding both the 76kD ORF1 and 160kD full-length kel proteins) is expressed under the control of an otu promoter (nucleotides 1 to 740 of the genomic sequence in FBrf0050545). The fs(1)K10 3' untranslated region containing transcription termination sequences is fused to the 3' end of the kel cDNA.
