Description

A kel cDNA fragment encoding ORF2 (residues Met690 to Asp1476), and tagged after amino acid residue 19 with Tag:MYC, is expressed under the control of an otu promoter (nucleotides 1 to 740 of the genomic sequence in FBrf0050545). The fs(1)K10 3' untranslated region containing transcription termination sequences is fused to the 3' end of the kel cDNA fragment.
