Increases the mutability (recombinogenesis) of the mwh chromosome in somatic cells. In cis mwhunspecified Mosunspecified heterozygotes, the frequency of small mutant clones on the wing is increased. In trans mwhunspecified/Mosunspecified heterozygotes there is a significant reduction of dorsocentral and scutellar bristles.
