      Aats-thrk04203 clones in the fat bodies from well-fed early third instar larvae accumulate lysosomes, as indicated by elevated LysoTracker staining, albeit weak and intermittent.

      Lethality occurs during third instar larval or pupal stages. Mutants do not show any visible disc abnormalities.
