      Comments

      Expression of wgPE4.Scer\UAS using Scer\GAL4e22c in wgl-17 embryos causes all ventral epidermal cells to secrete naked cuticle. Expression of wgPE4.Scer\UAS using Scer\GAL4wg.PM in wgl-17 embryos rescues naked cuticle, but these embryos show little denticle diversity.
