Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a truncated 2.6kb XhoI hdc cDNA fragment that contains the ATG start codon and the first TAA termination codon of the full-length hdc mRNA. This cDNA fragment lacks the C-terminus of the longer hdc isoform.
