Overexpression of hdcScer\UAS.cSa under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PU does not affect the differentiation of photoreceptors R1/6.

Expression of hdcScer\UAS.cSa under the control of Scer\GAL4ppk.1.9 has no effect on the development of the proximal dendrites of the ddaC dorsal dendritic arborising neurons and no degeneration or cell death is seen in these neurons during the larval stages. Pruning of the ddaC dendrites does not appear significantly different from wild type.

Scer\GAL4btl.PS-mediated expression in wild type embryos suppresses terminal branching of the tracheal system. In a few embryos Scer\GAL4btl.PS-mediated and Scer\GAL4p127-mediated expression also causes extra branching phenotypes.

Overexpression of unkScer\UAS.cARa under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PU in Tsc1Q600X mutant eye clones does not affect the precocious differentiation of R7 photoreceptor cells and cone cells.

Co-expression of hdcScer\UAS.cSa and unkScer\UAS.cARa under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PU in Tsc1Q600X mutant eye clones suppresses the precocious differentiation of R7 and cone cells. Neither the delay in differentiation, nor the rough eye phenotype are due to increased apoptosis.

Co-expression of hdcScer\UAS.cSa does not suppress the dendrite severing defects seen in the ddaC dorsal dendritic arborising neurons of animals expressing Sox14GD4416 under the control of Scer\GAL4ppk.1.9 at 18 hours after puparium formation.
