      Flies have normal clock function and do not show delayed activity rhythms at cold temperatures and short photoperiods. In 12:12 LD at 18oC: peak activity is at 10.5+/-0.3hr, period = 23.7+/-0.2hr and rhythmicity = 57.5%. In 6:18 LD at 18oC: peak activity is at 4.5+/-0.2hr, period = 23.6+/-0.1hr and rhythmicity = 48.7%. In 12:12 LD at 29oC: peak activity is at 12.6+/-0.2hr, period = 23.5+/-0.1hr and rhythmicity = 62.5%. In 6:18 LD at 29oC: peak activity is at 6.1+/-0.1hr, period = 23.6+/-0.1hr and rhythmicity = 72.8%.
