When expression is driven by Scer\GAL4^dpp.blk1, wing outgrowths occur, as well as an ectopic wing margin on the dorsal compartment and an anterior wing cut. When expression is driven by Scer\GAL4^ap-md544, severe reduction in the margin and size of the wing occur.
